Information we collect

We collect only what we need to sell and ship a paddle and to run this website.

Information you give us

• Email address, if you sign up for our list or contact us.
• Order and delivery information, including your name, shipping address, email address and order contents, when you buy an Apache.
• Correspondence, when you email us about an order, a return or a warranty claim.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server and hosting logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are generated by our hosting provider as part of delivering the site.
• Analytics and advertising information, only if you consent. See the cookies section below.

Payment information

We do not collect or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, and card details are submitted directly to Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and the order details needed to fulfill your order.

How we use information

• To process, fulfill and ship your order, and to send order and tracking confirmations.
• To handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
• To answer your questions.
• To send email updates, if you asked for them. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
• To keep the site working, secure and free of abuse.
• To understand how the site is used and to measure advertising, where you have consented.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share information with

We share information with service providers who help us operate, and only as far as they need it:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Netlify for website hosting and form delivery.
• Shipping carriers to deliver your order.
• Analytics and advertising providers, only where you have given consent.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

Cookies and similar technologies

We group cookies into three categories, and you control two of them:

• Necessary: required for the site to function, including remembering your cookie choice. These are always on.
• Analytics: helps us understand which pages and links people use. Off until you turn it on.
• Advertising: used to measure and improve advertising. Off until you turn it on.

Analytics and advertising technologies are not loaded before you consent. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of any page.

How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support the order and to meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations. We keep email subscriptions until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the email, or by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email Jay@tribepickleball.co. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, and we rely on established providers such as Stripe and Netlify for payment processing and hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

International visitors

TRIBE Pickleball operates from the United States. If you use the site or place an order from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
