How your Apache gets to you, and how the 30-day trial works if it is not the right paddle.

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Our checkout is currently U.S.-only.

Ordering from outside the U.S.? We would still like to get you a paddle. Email Jay@tribepickleball.co and we will arrange the order and shipping with you directly. International recipients remain responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges and destination fees applied by their country, and those charges are not refundable.

Processing and delivery

  • Orders typically ship within 1 business day.
  • Tracking is emailed as soon as your shipping label is created.

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands rather than ours. Your tracking link is the best place to follow it.

The 30-day trial

We would rather you play with the paddle than guess. Your 30-day trial begins on the date your order is delivered, and you are welcome to take the Apache on court during it.

To be eligible for a refund

  • The return must be started within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The paddle must be returned without cracks, chips, gouges, excessive wear, abuse or other damage.
  • The paddle and the included TRIBE paddle cover must both be returned.
  • The product must be securely packaged. The original shipping box is not required.

How it works

  1. Email Jay@tribepickleball.co with your order number and tell us you would like to return the paddle.
  2. We will confirm the return address and anything else you need.
  3. Ship the paddle and cover back to us. Return shipping is paid by you.
  4. We inspect the paddle when it arrives.

Your refund

  • There is no restocking fee.
  • Once the return is received and approved, we refund the full eligible paddle purchase price.
  • Refunds are processed within five business days of the return being received and approved. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
  • Any shipping charges, duties, customs fees and taxes on an internationally arranged order are not refundable.

If a returned paddle arrives cracked, chipped, gouged, excessively worn or otherwise damaged, it does not qualify for a trial refund. We will contact you before doing anything further. If the damage is a manufacturing defect, see the warranty page instead.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, email Jay@tribepickleball.co with your order number and a photograph and we will put it right.
